Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bob Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Suge Knight (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Suge Knight will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Bob Johnson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Suge Knight! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Paulo Santos and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Knight is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Knight has Johnson up against the cage in a clinch.
Johnson breaks the clinch.
Johnson connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
It looks like Suge Knight has been cut. Knight tries to bum rush Johnson with a series of wild strikes but Johnson uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A combination from Johnson does no damage. Knight throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Johnson counters with a shoot takedown. Knight fights it but they end up in guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Johnson trying to control the position from guard on top but Knight is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Johnson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Johnson throws and elbow that misses. Knight uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Johnson's guard. Nice move by Knight! Johnson striking off his back but it's not causing Knight any problems.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson is trying to keep Knight in close.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Knight darts in trying to clinch and Johnson counters with a nice uppercut. Knight defending well as Johnson loads up on a big left hand. Knight tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Johnson counters with a nice body shot. Knight cracks Johnson with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
It looks like Bob Johnson has been cut. Knight fails to land with a series of punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Johnson lands with a cross. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Johnson throws out a loose jab but Knight uses good head movement to avoid it. Knight gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Knight is adopting a defensive guard. Johnson trying to control the position from guard on top but Knight is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Johnson is looking to work some ground and pound but Knight has wrist control. Johnson working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Knight preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Johnson slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson throwing strikes but missing. Johnson wants to control from the top but Knight keeps moving. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

and Johnson counters with a straight right hand. Knight slips under a jab from Johnson. A combination from Johnson does no damage. Johnson misses the jab. Johnson missing with a left hand there. Knight was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Knight looks to land a right hand but Johnson moved out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Johnson misses with a wild combination.
Knight slips a straight right by Johnson. Knight takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Knight feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Johnson's calf. Knight throws a hook to the side of Johnson's head but Johnson sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Johnson throws a nice looking combination but Knight bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Knight clinches but Johnson breaks the clinch and Johnson counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Knight thinking. Johnson tries to bum rush Knight with a series of wild strikes but Knight uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Johnson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Knight swivels and escapes. Knight slips under a jab. Suge Knight is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Knight throws a left and a right that both miss
and Johnson counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Knight! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Knight looks gassed! Johnson avoids the attempt from Knight to control. Johnson is landing with some decent strikes but Knight is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bob Johnson dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Johnson circles away from the clinch attempt and Johnson counters with a left to the body. Johnson paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. A low kick from Knight misses and Johnson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Knight tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Johnson was well out of range. Poor timing from Knight. Johnson scores a takedown into full mount! Johnson scores with a couple of good head shots there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Johnson postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Knight looks a forlorn figure.
Knight wants to control but Johnson is having none of it. Knight is breathing heavily. Johnson with good strikes from the mount here!
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson blocks Knight's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Johnson punishing his opponent with strikes.
Knight is rocked! Johnson drops a big elbow. That's hurt Knight! More shots from Johnson and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
