Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ben Player (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benny The Jet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Ben Player has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ben Player! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Benny The Jet! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Jet drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The Jet stands and throws Player's legs to the side, diving into side control. The Jet has knee on belly and moves into mount. The Jet working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Player wants to hold on but The Jet pushes him away. Player knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for The Jet on the ground. The Jet has control of Player's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Player regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Player might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. The Jet jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Player is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Player and The Jet has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Player misses with an elbow from the bottom. The Jet is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Player knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. The Jet looks gassed! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Player tries to bench press The Jet off him but The Jet keeps the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Player is working hard here to advance position. The Jet looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Player throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
Player tries to get back to half guard but can't. The Jet working away. Player tries to buck The Jet off but The Jet is having none of it. Player sneaks back into half guard. Player wants to get back to full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. The Jet seems to be working for a kimura but Player defends the submission attempt. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The Jet is looking to stall here but Player recovers full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Player utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The Jet looking to pass the guard. Player wants to get back to his feet but The Jet is in a dominant position and won't allow it. The Jet thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. The Jet working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Player closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Player tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Player has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The Jet manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Player throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. The Jet gets back to full guard.
The Jet working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Player doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Player manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Player missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. The Jet wants to sweep here but Player controlling him for the moment. Player trying to control but The Jet is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The Jet has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Player should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, The Jet has tightened it up now! Player should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
