Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kylian Kirkham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lpunkt Elend (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Alyssa Summers and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elend shoots for a takedown but Kirkham saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Kirkham swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Elend misses with a leg kick.
Elend is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kirkham.
Elend shoots in but no luck this time.
Kirkham misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Elend is looking to clinch but Kirkham is avoiding it.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Elend is defended easily by Kirkham.
Kylian Kirkham has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lpunkt Elend.
Elend takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Kirkham lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Elend circles away quickly and effectively.

Elend is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Elend darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kirkham is not content to let Elend control the position.
Elend seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
Kirkham tries to get to full guard but Elend has control of the leg.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Elend lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kirkham has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kirkham and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Elend shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kirkham sprawls well. Kirkham wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Elend gets slowly back to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

and Elend counters with a big head kick but Kirkham shrugs it off.

Elend changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kirkham tries to avoid it but Elend manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kirkham to the ground. Kirkham escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Elend thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kirkham's head.
Elend is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Kirkham has managed to free his arm - good work.

Kirkham pulls Elend in close to his closed guard and prevents Elend from doing any damage or advancing position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
