Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Trent Acid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Banner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Trent Acid! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bruce Banner! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Russell Pearce and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Banner fails to land with a series of punches.
Acid slips a jab from Banner. Acid misses with a two punch combination.
Banner throws a left and a right that both miss
and Acid counters with a single leg into guard. Banner didn't expect that. Acid's corner is telling him to maintain position. Banner wants to stand up but Acid is controlling him. Acid pushing down on Banner's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Acid perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Acid frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Acid trying to control but he's not successful this time. Banner avoids a series of strikes thrown by Acid.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Acid controlling from the full mount. Acid lands a heavy elbow. Banner has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever. Banner is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Acid off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Banner wants to get back to his feet. Banner really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Acid. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Acid struggling to keep hold of the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Acid is looking for a choke. Banner gets to his feet with his opponent on his back and slams him to the mat. Banner manages to squirm out of the attempted choke and turns into his opponent's guard. Acid has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Trent Acid dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
A good leg kick by Banner. Banner tries to bum rush Acid with a series of wild strikes but Acid uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Banner throws a leg kick which misses Acid's front leg but catches the back leg as Acid tries to avoid it. Banner throws a right hand that Acid ducks under and follows up with a left that Acid also avoids with ease. Acid showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Banner.
Trent Acid is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Banner misses with a jab, cross combination.

Banner tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Acid shoots for a takedown but Banner saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Acid is defended easily by Banner. Acid throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's one minute gone in the round. Banner throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Acid. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Banner looks to land a combination but Acid avoids it well. Acid fails to land the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Trent Acid. That's going to take a lot out of him. Banner throws a sloppy head kick and Acid moves out of range easily. Acid dodges the punch combination from Banner.

Acid looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Acid slips a jab and a cross from Banner.

Banner lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Acid circles away quickly and effectively.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Acid gets in close and instigates a clinch. Banner wants to break the clinch but can't.

Banner looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Acid manages to pull guard.
Acid manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Banner is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Acid unloads with some shots from mount but Banner bucks and avoids them well.

Bruce Banner showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Acid fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Banner avoids it really well and circles away. Banner throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Acid. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Banner misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Acid.

Banner is letting Acid control him for a moment. Acid trying to control the action but Banner is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Banner wants to get back to his feet but Acid drags him back down. Acid tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Acid has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Acid trying to control the action but Banner is working from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! Trent Acid showed his dominance in that final round. I think Acid has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
