Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Natie Lavelle!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Donatello Bradman and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodriguez getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
It looks like Natie Lavelle has been cut.
Lavelle ducks under a wild hook from Rodriguez.
Lavelle showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Rodriguez.
No luck for Lavelle with that takedown attempt.
Rodriguez moves into range and clinches up with Lavelle.
Rodriguez's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Rodriguez throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lavelle stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Lavelle looks gassed!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rodriguez throws a right hand that Lavelle ducks under and follows up with a left that Lavelle also avoids with ease.
Rodriguez fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Rodriguez misses the jab.
Lavelle tries to clinch there but Rodriguez circles away.
Rodriguez gets in close and instigates a clinch.
The is referee keeping an eye on Rodriguez - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Rodriguez breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Rodriguez moves into range and clinches up with Lavelle.
Rodriguez breaks the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rodriguez misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lavelle moves out of range of the strikes.
Rodriguez closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Rodriguez makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Rodriguez keeps control of Lavelle as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
A right hook to the body lands for Rodriguez.
Rodriguez controlling the action here for a moment.
A left hand lands to the body for Rodriguez.
Rodriguez breaks from the clinch.
Rodriguez connects with a good right hand that stumbles Lavelle. Lavelle circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Rodriguez misses with an uppercut.
Rodriguez tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lavelle was well out of range. Poor timing from Rodriguez.
Rodriguez drops Lavelle with a nice combination! Rodriguez dives into Lavelle's guard, looking to finish!
Lavelle is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rodriguez decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Lavelle, up you get!
Lavelle is still on wobbly legs! Can Rodriguez finish him?
Rodriguez cracks Lavelle on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Lavelle falls backwards against the cage. Rodriguez follows up with more strikes that drop Lavelle to his knees. Rodriguez keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Lavelle! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mickey Rodriguez!
