Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tank Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and dan zen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Do It. On his way into the ring it seems that Tank Johnson has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Tank Johnson seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! zen gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Johnson forces his way into half guard. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Well, if Johnson is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
zen is looking to get back to is feet but Johnson passes into side control.
The ground and pound from Johnson seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Johnson cracks zen with an elbow. That is naaassty. Johnson wants to control but zen is keeping him busy. zen is trying to improve his position. zen really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Johnson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. zen is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Johnson stands up and beckons zen to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. zen moves in looking to clinch but Johnson pushes him off. zen tries to close the distance and clinch but Johnson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. No luck with that takedown attempt from Johnson. Nice sprawl there from zen as Johnson shoots in. zen gets caught flat footed, as Johnson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Johnson controls from within his opponent's guard. Johnson landing some decent shots from guard. zen is working an open guard so Johnson takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. zen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
That's two minutes gone in the round. zen fails with an attempt to clinch.
dan zen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. zen gets in close and instigates a clinch. Johnson fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tank Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Johnson has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. zen avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Johnson is working for a takedown up against the ropes. He can't get it on this occasion though. zen with an attempt at a knee that misses.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson is pulling down on zen's head to control his posture. zen stops Johnson from standing up. zen gets to his feet. Johnson looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Johnson closes this distance looking for a takedown but zen circles away. zen doesn't manage to clinch there - Johnson circles away.
zen wants to clinch. Johnson fails with the takedown. Johnson shoots in but no luck this time.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. zen pushes Johnson up against the ropes in a clinch. zen connects with a knee to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Johnson is trying to work for a single leg takedown but zen pulls him back up using the underhooks. Johnson wants a takedown.

zen's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. zen working Johnson over with knees to the body. Johnson has had enough of the clinch but zen keeps him there for the moment. Johnson tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and zen avoids it. Johnson is trying to break the clinch but zen has him pressed against the ropes. A knee to the head by zen.
Johnson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as zen walks away with a smile on his face. Johnson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. zen closes the distance and pushes Johnson back into the ropes. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. zen with a knee to the head.

Johnson jumps guard but zen stands there with Johnson around his waist. Johnson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Johnson gets control of zen's arms and successfully pulls guard. Johnson will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Tank Johnson will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.

Johnson is taking a breather. zen says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Johnson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but zen does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if zen can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's one minute gone in the round. zen is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Johnson scores with a couple of nice shots. Johnson stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows zen to get to his feet. zen tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Johnson looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for zen! zen wants to control but Johnson is having none of it. zen is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Johnson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Johnson lands with some strikes. Johnson won't let zen get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Johnson controlling his opponent. Tank Johnson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

And that's the end of the fight! Tank Johnson showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Johnson, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
