Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between James Sawyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Reetu Seon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sawyer throws a head kick but Seon moves out of range.

Reetu Seon is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sawyer doesn't manage to clinch there - Seon circles away.

James Sawyer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Sawyer chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Seon can pounce on him.

Sawyer tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Seon throws a leg kick which misses Sawyer's front leg but catches the back leg as Sawyer tries to avoid it.

Seon is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Seon does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

and Sawyer counters with a low kick, right behind Seon 's knee.
Sawyer closes the distance looking to clinch
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Seon feints and then cracks Sawyer's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Sawyer down.
Seon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Seon tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Good leg kick by Seon there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Sawyer avoids the head kick by Seon.

James Sawyer is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

and Seon counters with a big head kick but Sawyer shrugs it off.
Seon throws a sloppy head kick and Sawyer moves out of range easily.

and Sawyer counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Seon keeping full guard, as Sawyer tries to pass.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Seon avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Seon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sawyer. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Sawyer is fighting to break Seon's control of his arms but Seon is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Seon not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Seon tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Sawyer sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Seon's guard.

Reetu Seon showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

and Seon makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Sawyer shoots in but no luck this time.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

and Seon counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Seon throws the kick towards the body but Sawyer avoids it.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Seon looks to land a body kick but Sawyer moved away.
Seon looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Seon throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Seon misses with an uppercut.
Sawyer shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Seon counters with an outside leg kick.
Reetu Seon seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Sawyer steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Seon. That one must have hurt.
Reetu Seon is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Sawyer will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.
Seon scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

and Sawyer counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Seon is lucky that one didn't land flush.
James Sawyer has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
