The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Bruno Lombardi and Jorge Garcia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Conroy gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Puh to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Puh works over Conroy with some ground and pound from guard.
Puh scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Conroy looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Puh stays in close to Conroy's body and controls the position.
Puh wants to control from the top but Conroy keeps moving.
Conroy looking to hit a scissor sweep but Puh is one step ahead there.

Conroy working for a triangle but Puh defends it easily.

Puh is looking to work some ground and pound but Conroy has wrist control.

Conroy throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Conroy has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Conroy has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Puh finds it's way round the side to connect with Conroy's head.

Conroy throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Puh blocks it with crossed arms.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Puh cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
BOOM! Puh connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Puh punishing his opponent with strikes.
Puh looking to control but Conroy is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Puh lands a big elbow.
Conroy wants to control but Puh is having none of it.
Puh lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Puh has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Conroy's face.
Puh avoids the attempt from Conroy to control.

Puh lands with some strikes.
Puh pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Conroy is in a horrible position here. Puh smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Puh cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Conroy in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
The referee warns Conroy that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Puh scores with a couple of good head shots there.


Conroy is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Conroy takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Conroy is still in real trouble! Can Puh finish him?
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Conroy takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Puh's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
