Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between David Sue (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Howard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, David Sue! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, George Howard! The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Sosuke Kotani and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sue moves in looking to clinch but Howard pushes him off. Howard fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Sue sprawls well initially but Howard persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Sue flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Sue moves into full guard.
Sue is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Howard lands a couple of elbows.
It looks like David Sue has been cut. Sue wants to stand but Howard is controlling the position. Howard postures up and lands a big shot to Sue's brow. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Howard throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Howard works over Sue with some ground and pound from guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Howard accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Howard working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Sue avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Howard postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Howard really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sue. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sue is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's one minute gone in the round. Howard cracks Sue with a solid left hand. Sue controls Howard momentarily but Howard frees himself. Howard stops Sue from standing up. Sue trying to control the position.
Sue is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Howard is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Sue trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Sue has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Howard is working Sue over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Howard working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Sue's head. Howard lands a couple of digs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Howard working some strikes from top position. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Howard throws and elbow that misses. Sue uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Howard's guard. Nice move by Sue! Howard trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Howard throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Howard wants to sweep but no luck. Howard lands a good elbow from the bottom. Howard looks gassed! Sue won't allow Howard to sweep him here. Sue controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Sue passes Howard's left leg - he's now in half guard. Howard wants to improve his position but Sue is controlling well.
Sue is looking to take a break and control but Howard is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Howard on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Howard wants to get back to full guard but Sue has mounted him! Howard sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. Howard is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Howard is refusing to be controlled, as Sue sits in half guard. Sue blocks the strikes from Howard.
Howard landing small, sideways elbows. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Howard is looking to improve his position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Howard throws a nice looking combination but Sue bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
George Howard dominated that round. The cut man is working on David Sue's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Sue tries for a takedown but Howard circles away easily and Howard counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Sue's guard now. Howard lands a couple of elbows. Howard throws and elbow that misses. Sue uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Howard's guard. Nice move by Sue! Sue is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Howard looking for a sweep. Not yet Howard, not yet. Howard throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Sue is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Sue doesn't succeed with the takedown and Howard counters with a nice double leg into guard. Sue is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. George Howard has got the better of the ground game so far. Howard throws a big right hand that misses. Sue utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Howard must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Sue controls Howard momentarily but Howard frees himself. Sue wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sue is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Howard is in trouble now - Sue has advanced to mount! Howard flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.

Sue can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Howard is looking to escape. Sue landing punches. Howard takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Sue lands a nice shot to the head. Sue blocks Howard's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Howard is looking to improve his position but Sue isn't that keen on the idea. Sue tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Sue lands a big shot there that rocks Howard but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Howard swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Howard is trying to escape the mount.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Howard can do anything to dispel that myth. Howard throwing hammer fists to the chest of Sue. What's that going to do exactly? Sue trying to control but Howard is having none of it. A nice elbow there by Sue. Sue landing strikes, looking to finish! Sue has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Howard is working to get back to half guard.

George Howard showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on David Sue's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Sue is trying to break the clinch but Howard is controlling him. Sue has Howard pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Sue pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Howard tumbling to the mat - Sue dives into Howard's guard. Howard wants to sweep here but Sue controlling him for the moment. Sue tries to free his leg and advance position but Howard is retaining full guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

David Sue has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Howard stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sue swivels though and keeps the full guard.
And that's the end of the fight! George Howard comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Howard has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
