Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between PJ Benn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pablo Salizar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Salizar has chosen Fortunate Son as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, PJ Benn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Pablo Salizar! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, John Roberts and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Salizar moves into range and clinches up with Benn. Salizar looking to throw knees to the head but Benn is blocking nicely.
Salizar just leaning against Benn, taking a breather. Salizar throws an elbow but it misses.
Salizar makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
It looks like PJ Benn has been cut. Salizar lands a knee to the head.
Benn jumps guard but Salizar stands there with Benn around his waist. Benn gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Salizar putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Benn in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Salizar comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Salizar lands a nice elbow. Salizar lands an elbow inside. Salizar leaning his opponent against the cage. Benn avoids the elbow strike from Salizar, against the cage.
Salizar gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Salizar has the Thai plumb, controlling the head nicely. He loads up with a big knee to the head and Benn goes down! Salizar pounces into side control - this one could be over soon!
Benn is rocked!
PJ Benn's cut is getting worse. Salizar has hold of Benn's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Benn seems comfortable defending it but Salizar has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Benn is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Benn is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Salizar couldn't care less - he's delighted!
