Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aoki shoots in looking for a takedown. Long tries to sprawl out of it but Aoki keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Long manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Long closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Long lands in his opponent's guard.
Aoki is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Long defends well.

Aoki is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Long is aware though and is defending well.
Aoki wants to sweep here but Long controlling him for the moment.
Long really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Aoki. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Long content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Aoki has locked up a guillotine! Aoki's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Long is holding on here and Aoki must be using up a lot of energy. Long has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Aoki gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
