Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pat Inoke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Crayzle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crayzle comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Dropkick Murphys - Johnny I hardly knew ya kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crayzle misses the shot to the body. Crayzle takes a swing at Inoke's ribcage but misses. Inoke takes a swing at Crayzle 's ribcage but misses. Crayzle throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Crayzle thows a left - swing and a miss! Inoke shoots in looking for a takedown. Crayzle tries to sprawl out of it but Inoke keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Crayzle manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Inoke throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Crayzle thows a body shot but no joy. Crayzle misses the shot to the body. Inoke misses with a double jab.
No luck for Inoke with that takedown attempt. Inoke darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Inoke winds up and cracks Crayzle with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Inoke stops Crayzle from getting back to his feet.
Inoke has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Crayzle is in a horrible position here. Inoke smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crayzle is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Inoke looking to control but Crayzle is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Inoke is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Crayzle is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Inoke landing shots from mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Inoke working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Crayzle is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

Crayzle 's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Inoke can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Crayzle is looking to escape. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Crayzle trying desperately to get to his feet.
Inoke has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Inoke dominating with strikes here. Crayzle 's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Crayzle is squirming around, avoiding Inoke's attempts to control the action. Inoke connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Inoke looking to finish Crayzle with some ground and pound. This is bad for Crayzle ! We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Crayzle can do anything to dispel that myth. Inoke is in the full mount, landing strikes. Crayzle tries to buck Inoke off but he can't manage it. Inoke is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Crayzle is surviving well by controlling Inoke's body position as best he can. Inoke is breathing heavily. Inoke looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
Crayzle really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Inoke. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

You get the feeling that Crayzle really doesn't like being in this position too much.
