The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva gets a takedown into half guard.
Atlas is trying to stand.
Silva stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Atlas tries to land a leg kick but Silva saw it coming and moves away.
Atlas tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Silva forces Atlas back against the cage and clinches.
Silva creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Atlas's defenses.
Atlas gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Atlas prevents Silva from standing back up.
Silva wants to control but Atlas is keeping busy.
Silva is trying to stand back up but Atlas is controlling him
It looks like Atlas is going to stand back up.
Silva is pressing down on Atlas's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Silva looking for a triangle here. Atlas is fighting it but it looks tight! Silva pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Atlas is tapping out - this one is all over!
