The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uchida misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

FC takes the fight into the clinch.
Uchida throws a knee to the head but misses.

Uchida throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but FC blocks it with crossed arms.

FC tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Uchida counters with a three punch combo that has FC backing up. FC nods at Uchida to acknowledge the strikes.
Uchida is breathing heavily.
FC works over Uchida's head and body with a nice combination.
It looks like Sauske Uchida has been cut.
FC looks for the body kick but Uchida saw that one coming.
Uchida rushes FC and presses him up against the cage.
A left hand lands to the body for FC.
FC's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
No luck with that takedown attempt from FC.
FC lands a jab-cross combination.

and Uchida counters by clinching up.

FC has Uchida pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Uchida manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Uchida lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

FC shoots in looking for a takedown. Uchida tries to sprawl out of it but FC keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Uchida manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

FC breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
FC throws a right hand that Uchida ducks under and follows up with a left that Uchida also avoids with ease.
FC misses with the combination.

and FC holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

FC tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Uchida has had enough of the clinch but FC keeps him there for the moment.

FC prevents Uchida from getting back to his feet.
FC stands up from Uchida's guard - FC perhaps looking for a knockout.
Uchida lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Uchida.
FC scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Uchida is being controlled here.

FC tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
FC tries to score with some ground and pound. Uchida controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Uchida is not content to let FC control the position.
Uchida wants to get back to his feet.
Uchida on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Uchida tries to get out of the position.
Uchida parries the strikes from FC easily there. FC is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Uchida to escape.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
FC tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no FC has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
FC prevents Uchida from escaping the position.
And that's the end of the fight!
Joe FC comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got FC winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
