Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lars Christiansen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ben Stiller!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christiansen shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Stiller's guard.
Stiller has his foot on Christiansen's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Christiansen works his way back into a safe position though.
Christiansen works over Stiller with some ground and pound from guard.
Stiller is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Christiansen defends well.
Stiller really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Christiansen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Stiller looks gassed!
Christiansen postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Christiansen thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Christiansen connects with a couple of short punches.

Christiansen stands up over Stiller, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Christiansen lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Stiller has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Christiansen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Christiansen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Stiller is rocked!
Christiansen is working Stiller over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Stiller is still in real trouble! Can Christiansen finish him?

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Stiller can do anything to dispel that myth.

Christiansen takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Christiansen has hold of Stiller's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Stiller seems comfortable defending it but Christiansen has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Stiller is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Stiller is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Christiansen couldn't care less - he's delighted!
