Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Banner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Osmound (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Banner's entrance music is xavier rudd - energy song. A fine choice. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Osmound changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Banner tries to avoid it but Osmound manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Banner to the ground. Banner escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Banner shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Banner connects with a nice short shot to Osmound's temple.

Osmound wants to improve his position but instead Banner has moved into half guard.
Osmound looks like he's trying to stand up.

Banner is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Osmound doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Banner.
Banner has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Osmound's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Banner! Osmound is hurt baaadly! Banner is firing away with more strikes - Osmound is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
