Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jay Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kai Mau Tan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kai Mau Tan will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jay Walker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kai Mau Tan!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Steve Erwin and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tan throws a head kick but Walker moves out of range.
Tan tries a head kick but it misses.
Tan gets caught flat footed, as Walker shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Tan had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Walker is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Tan Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Walker's back instead.
Walker manages to reverse the position and now he's in Tan's guard. Nice work there by Walker.
Walker stops Tan from standing up.
Walker is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Tan looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Walker passes into half guard.
Walker passes to side control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tan is trying to stand and escape here. He's got onto all fours but that's just let Walker take his back! Uh oh - Walker has got a rear naked choke here! Tan is forced to tap! It's all over! One monent is all it takes in this sport!
