Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Fedor Mirinova and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kent defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Magomaev.
Magomaev shoots in looking for a takedown. Kent tries to sprawl out of it but Magomaev keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kent manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
A jab from Kent misses.
Magomaev dives in and grabs Kent's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kent pushes down on Magomaev's head and hops out.
Clark Kent has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Muslim Magomaev.
Magomaev gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Kent.
Magomaev showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kent.
Kent throws a sloppy head kick and Magomaev moves out of range easily.

Magomaev shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kent's guard.

Magomaev tries to free his leg and advance position but Kent is retaining full guard.
Magomaev throws a big right hand that misses.
Magomaev stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kent swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Magomaev wants to control from the top but Kent keeps moving.

Magomaev gets to his feet - Kent follows without any prompting.

Kent misses with a wild combination.

Kent swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kent throws a leg kick but Magomaev sees it coming and moves out of range.

Magomaev avoids the head kick by Kent.

Magomaev will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Magomaev shoots in for a double leg but Kent sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Magomaev has a takedown stuffed.
Magomaev tries to clinch but Kent moves out of range.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Kent throws a head kick that misses.
Kent walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Magomaev checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
A jab from Kent finds it's way through Magomaev's defenses.
Kent throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Clark Kent seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kent tries to land a front kick but Magomaev steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Kent scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Magomaev tries to clinch but Kent is having none of it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Clark Kent dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Magomaev keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kent throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Kent here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
Magomaev avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Kent is looking to chop away at Magomaev's legs.
Magomaev shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kent is trying to defend but Magomaev finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Magomaev is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Magomaev is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kent defends it well.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Magomaev goes for an armbar but Kent turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Kent.
Magomaev is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Magomaev escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kent gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Kent knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Magomaev on the ground.

Magomaev looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Kent is defending well. Magomaev quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Kent has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Magomaev celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
