Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Fonzo The Grappler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glass Joe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joe has chosen Rap Overdose as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fonzo The Grappler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Glass Joe! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Grappler shoots for a double leg takedown but Joe sprawls well. He's pushed The Grappler's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Joe shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. The Grappler is in all sorts of trouble here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The Grappler in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. The Grappler really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The Grappler regains half guard. Joe wants to pass the guard but The Grappler is defending well. Joe not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. The Grappler gets full guard. The Grappler manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Joe manages to get himself to full guard.
The Grappler drops back looking for a leg! Joe is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Joe manages to kick The Grappler off! The Grappler jumps back into Joe's guard. Joe keeping full guard, as The Grappler tries to pass. Joe is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's one minute gone in the round. The Grappler advances to half guard. Joe wants to improve his position but The Grappler is controlling well.

The Grappler tries to pass to full mount but Joe defends it. The Grappler is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. The Grappler darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Joe looks like he's trying to stand up.
Joe makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Joe. Joe has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. The Grappler doesn't defend quickly enough and Joe has managed to lock this one up! Can The Grappler escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Joe on a fantastic submission victory.
