Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between carson carnage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Racuia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
carnage is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Racuia closes the distance looking to clinch
and carnage counters with a nice low kick that buckles Racuia's knee momentarily.
carnage moves into range and connects with a jab.
Racuia shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and carnage counters with a shoot takedown. Racuia fights it but they end up in guard.
carnage controls from within his opponent's guard.
carnage's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
carnage is controlling the pace.

carnage is pressing down on Racuia's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

carnage is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Racuia defends well.

Racuia thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Racuia wants to control from the top but carnage keeps moving.

Racuia is working for a submission of some sort.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
carnage makes his way to full guard. A much better position for carnage.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

The fighters are battling for position here. Racuia manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
carnage throws and elbow that misses. Racuia uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in carnage's guard. Nice move by Racuia!
carnage doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
carnage will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

That was a close second round but I would say that carson carnage will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Racuia fakes the leg kick and cracks carnage in the body.
Racuia tries to close the distance and clinch but carnage swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Racuia changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. carnage looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
carnage manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

carnage decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
carnage shoots in for a takedown but Racuia shows good takedown defense.

and Racuia counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to carson carnage.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for carnage, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
