The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woodring throws a nice outside leg kick.
Woodring throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Woodring lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Woodring dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Cruz. That did some damage!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cruz is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Woodring lets loose with a powerful body kick. Cruz will feel that in the morning.
Cruz looks gassed!
Cruz on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Woodring. Woodring obviously looking to wear him down.
A slapping body kick lands there for Woodring.
A solid leg kick lands there for Woodring.
Woodring misses with the combination.
Cruz tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
A combination from Woodring does no damage.
Woodring throws a front kick that sends Cruz stumbling back into the cage.
Woodring connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Cruz! He's out on his feet! Woodring rushes in and drops Cruz with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
