Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladmir Pastroyka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darren Galazin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Vladmir Pastroyka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Darren Galazin! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight stays on the outside here - Galazin looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Galazin shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Pastroyka is trying to defend but Galazin finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Pastroyka is pressing down on Galazin's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Pastroyka is on top in guard.
Pastroyka thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Pastroyka thows a big elbow that misses. Pastroyka stands and throws Galazin's legs to the side, diving into side control. Pastroyka trying to control the position but Galazin is working away. Galazin is trying to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pastroyka works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Pastroyka scores with punches from side control. Galazin is looking for a sweep. Galazin tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Pastroyka presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Pastroyka controlling from the full mount. Pastroyka is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Galazin has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Pastroyka trying to control but he's not successful this time. Galazin is trying desperately to improve position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Pastroyka with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

It looks like Darren Galazin has been cut. Galazin flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Pastroyka has hold of Galazin's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Galazin manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Pastroyka lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Galazin hang on? Pastroyka is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! That's four minutes gone in the round. Pastroyka lands a nice shot to the head. Pastroyka prevents Galazin from getting the reversal. Galazin is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Pastroyka controlling his opponent. Pastroyka is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Galazin can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Pastroyka cracks Galazin with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Galazin throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Galazin fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Pastroyka looks to score with a jab to the body but Galazin is just out of range. Galazin throws a series of punches but Pastroyka avoids them all with ease. Galazin shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Galazin showed some decent athleticism there. Pastroyka is trying to maintain the position but Galazin is very close to passing his half guard. Pastroyka makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Pastroyka. Pastroyka is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Galazin must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Galazin is breathing heavily. Pastroyka manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Pastroyka working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Pastroyka working the ground and pound. Pastroyka has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Pastroyka lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Galazin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pastroyka. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Pastroyka thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Galazin throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.

Galazin is working to avoid the ground and pound but Pastroyka connects with a decent elbow. Galazin takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Pastroyka wants to control but Galazin is keeping him busy. Galazin trying to remain calm as Pastroyka controls from the top position.

Galazin is not in a great position here, taking some shots. Pastroyka lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Galazin tries to escape but Pastroyka is in control. Pastroyka controlling the position from side mount. Pastroyka advances to mount. Pastroyka content just to control the position here. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Galazin is defended easily by Pastroyka. Darren Galazin is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Pastroyka slips a jab and a cross from Galazin.

Pastroyka ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Galazin moves away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Galazin shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Pastroyka as he avoids it easily. Pastroyka shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Pastroyka showed some decent athleticism there. Galazin takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Pastroyka works his way into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pastroyka cracks Galazin with a big right hand but Galazin just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Pastroyka is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Galazin is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Galazin tries to improve position but can't. Pastroyka tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Pastroyka has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Galazin is looking for a sweep.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Danga de danga de dang - Pastroyka scores with a four punch combination!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Galazin falls off balance throwing a combination
and Pastroyka decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Galazin's guard. Galazin looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Pastroyka drops back looking for a leg! Galazin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Galazin manages to kick Pastroyka off! Pastroyka jumps back into Galazin's guard. Pastroyka keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Galazin's head. Galazin is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Pastroyka landing with the ground and pound. Pastroyka drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Pastroyka jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Galazin is striking from the bottom but Pastroyka uses the opportunity to pass into half guard. Galazin is trying to get back to full guard. Galazin seems a little lost for a moment, as Pastroyka dominates the positioning.
And that's the end of the fight! Vladmir Pastroyka showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Pastroyka, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
