Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Piuha fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Torres, pushing him back against the cage.
Piuha prevents the takedown attempt.

Piuha jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Torres manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Piuha wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Torres, who protects the arm well.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Torres darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Torres is stalling here. Piuha is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Torres seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Piuha has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Torres is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Piuha has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Torres has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Piuha taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Torres doesn't care though - he's delighted!
