The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Johnson shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Johnson showed some decent athleticism there.

Johnson seems to be working for a kimura but Allman defends the submission attempt.

Allman working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Johnson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Johnson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Allman throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Johnson escapes and throws Allman's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Johnson cracks Allman with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Allman from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.

Allman won't enjoy being in this position. Johnson looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Allman is tapping - it's over boys! Johnson picks up the submission victory!
