Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Skinny Ann Bonie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tata Grendizer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bonie comes to the cage accompanied by Black Beauty. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Fujiwara and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bonie misses with a body kick.
Grendizer fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Bonie darts in and clinches Grendizer up against the cage.
Grendizer is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Bonie gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Bonie gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Grendizer.
Skinny Ann Bonie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tata Grendizer.

Grendizer turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Grendizer manages to end up in side control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Bonie wants to control from the top but Grendizer keeps moving.

Grendizer is pulling down on Bonie's head. It's preventing any offense from Bonie, at least for the moment.

Bonie decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
and Bonie moves into the clinch.
Grendizer tries to pull guard but Bonie holds him up against the cage and eventually Grendizer drops back down to his feet.

Grendizer is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Bonie not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Grendizer pulls Bonie in close to his closed guard and prevents Bonie from doing any damage or advancing position.
Grendizer is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Bonie postures up in Grendizer's guard and throws a big left but Grendizer blocks it.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Grendizer not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Grendizer manages to escape and get back to his feet!

Bonie wants to get up but he can't break Grendizer's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Bonie got a little sloppy there for a moment and Grendizer has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bonie has managed to get both his arms back between Grendizer's legs - danger averted.
Grendizer manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Grendizer moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Bonie has worked his arm free - good work by Bonie!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Grendizer tries to clinch but Bonie moves out of range.

Grendizer bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Grendizer seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bonie does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Grendizer stands up and waves to Bonie to follow him.

Grendizer seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Bonie's chin but Bonie turns very nicely into Grendizer's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Bonie.
