Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jabber moves in looking to clinch but Jonsson pushes him off.
Jabber has taken the fight to the clinch.
Jonsson works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Jabber tries to stall but Jonsson uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Jabber goes for a takedown in the clinch but Jonsson prevents it.
Jabber fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Jabber tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Jonsson just stands there and leans against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jibber Jabber. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Jonsson keeps control of Jabber as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Jonsson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jabber looks for a takedown but Jonsson sprawls well.
Jonsson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jabber looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Jabber is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jabber wants to get back to his feet but Jonsson drags him back down.
Jonsson stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Jonsson gets a clinch.
Jonsson lands with a short head shot on the inside.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Jonsson has eaten all the pies!
Jabber looking for a takedown.
Jabber jumps guard but Jonsson stands there with Jabber around his waist. Jabber gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Jabber tries to pull guard but Jonsson holds him up against the cage and eventually Jabber drops back down to his feet.
Jonsson manages to break the clinch.
A good leg kick by Jonsson.
Jonsson forces Jabber back against the cage and clinches.

Jabber is breathing heavily.
Jonsson prevents Jabber from breaking the clinch.
Jonsson lands with a short shot to the head.
Jabber stalling in the clinch but Jonsson improves position.

Jonsson lands an elbow inside that Jabber shrugs off.

A right-left combo lands from Jonsson.
Jabber is rocked!
Jonsson cracks Jabber with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Jabber tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Jonsson pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Jabber is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pekka Jonsson!
