Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Loopy Droopy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Parker David (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Droopy comes to the cage accompanied by Enter The Sandman Instrumental- Metallica. David comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Slipknot - Duality kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Parker David has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Jorge Garcia and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
David tries to clinch there but Droopy circles away.
Droopy will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Droopy throws a one two combo.
Droopy throws a shot from downtown. David moves away and avoids it.
David ducks under a wild hook from Droopy.
Droopy scores with a crisp jab that stopped David in his tracks.

David takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
David shoots in for a takedown but Droopy shows good takedown defense.

Droopy is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by David.

David will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

David tries to close the distance and clinch up but Droopy swats him away and circles back towards the center.

David wants to clinch up but Droopy keeps it at a distance.

No joy there for Droopy, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
David fails with the takedown.
David shoots in and drives through. Droopy sprawls well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

David throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Droopy's waist but Droopy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing David off to one side.

Loopy Droopy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Horrible takedown by David or perhaps it was just good defense by Droopy which made him look bad.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
David is working to tighten is grip on Droopy's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Droopy has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but David is really squeezing tight and eventually Droopy passes out! David breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
