Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ghengis Congo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lasko Eratore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Congo comes to the cage accompanied by After the Smoke is Clear. Lasko Eratore has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Congo comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Congo tries to clinch up.
Eratore moves away from the strike by Congo.
Congo lunges at Eratore with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Eratore's hand.

It looks like Lasko Eratore has been cut.
Congo throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Eratore.
Congo fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Congo has managed to clinch.
Eratore has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Congo is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Congo controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Congo stands up from Eratore's guard - Congo perhaps looking for a knockout.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Congo stalks Eratore and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Eratore's face. Eratore staggers backwards, shaken.

Eratore shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Congo's guard.
Eratore wants to pass the guard but Congo is keeping the position.

Eratore tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Eratore has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Eratore wants to control but Congo is keeping him busy.

Eratore has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Congo tries to close the distance and clinch but Eratore swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Congo bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Eratore's head backwards.
