The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grunt throws a nice looking combination but goon bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
goon tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
goon shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Grunt pinned against the cage. Grunt gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

David Grunt is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Grunt tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but goon paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and goon counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

goon moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

goon is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Grunt is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Grunt has escaped and now he's on top!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
goon looking to isolate an arm here. Grunt doesn't see it coming and as goon extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by goon!
