Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mano Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Rosario (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva wants to clinch up but Rosario keeps it at a distance.
Rosario shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Silva sprawls well. Silva wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rosario gets slowly back to his feet.
Some bone on bone action there as Rosario checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Rosario throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

It looks like Mano Silva has been cut.
Silva wants to clinch up but Rosario keeps it at a distance.

Silva closes the distance and clinches up with Rosario, looking for a takedown. Silva pushes Rosario against the cage but Rosario circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
