Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Sneeds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Enio Munhoz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Enio Munhoz is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Enio Munhoz! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Alexandre Firmino and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Munhoz gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Munhoz looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Munhoz keeping moving, preventing Sneeds from controlling successfully. Sneeds stands up from guard. Let's bang! Sneeds misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Chris Sneeds seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sneeds tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Munhoz throws a head kick that misses. Sneeds moves into the clinch. Good body shot from Sneeds.

Sneeds controlling from mount. Munhoz is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Sneeds fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Sneeds is in the full mount, landing strikes. Sneeds lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Munhoz tries to clinch up. Sneeds shoots in but Munhoz avoids the takedown attempt easily. Munhoz circles away from the clinch attempt.
Munhoz is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Sneeds changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Munhoz tries to avoid it but Sneeds manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Munhoz to the ground. Munhoz escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Sneeds shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Munhoz defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chris Sneeds. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sneeds circles away from the clinch attempt and Sneeds holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Munhoz throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Sneeds blocks it with crossed arms. Sneeds creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Munhoz's defenses. Sneeds goes for a takedown in the clinch but Munhoz prevents it.

Munhoz wants to control from the top but Sneeds keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sneeds is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Munhoz defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sneeds. Munhoz throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Sneeds. Sneeds shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Munhoz defends it nicely. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sneeds.

Sneeds is trying hard to land a takedown here. Munhoz sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Sneeds will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Munhoz pulls out of a head kick attempt.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Sneeds decides to stand up, so the ref orders Munhoz to his feet. Sneeds shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Munhoz as he avoids it easily. Chris Sneeds is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sneeds throws a head kick that misses and Munhoz counters with a good low kick that Sneeds was not able to check. Munhoz tries to keep at a distance but Sneeds has taken the fight into the clinch. Munhoz is trying to break free. Sneeds scores with a shot to the side of Munhoz's head. Sneeds escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sneeds looks to land a combination but Munhoz avoids it well. Sneeds shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Munhoz but Munhoz pushes him off and we're back to square one. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Sneeds shoots and misses and Munhoz counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Munhoz is thwarting Sneeds's attempts to control the position. Sneeds manages to escape and get back to his feet! Munhoz leaves Sneeds with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sneeds closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Chris Sneeds showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Sneeds, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
