Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Armando Chimal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Long Dong Sukk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chimal comes to the cage accompanied by BATTLE FIELD by Tohru Nakabayashi for the Superclassic game GOLDEN AXE!!!. Sukk has chosen He Is Legend- I am Hollywood as his entrance music. Armando Chimal had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Armando Chimal! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Long Dong Sukk! The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Shimada and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sukk checks a leg kick nicely. Sukk looks to land a combination. Chimal sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Armando Chimal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chimal stuffs the takedown attempt from Sukk. Sukk gets slowly back to his feet. Chimal looks to land a right hand but Sukk moved out of range. Sukk circles away from the clinch attempt.
Chimal tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Chimal uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sukk.
Sukk misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Chimal pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sukk lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Chimal backs up against the cage.
Chimal throws a leg kick which misses Sukk's front leg but catches the back leg as Sukk tries to avoid it. Sukk misses with a double jab.
Chimal swings away with a leg kick that misses. Chimal moves in looking to clinch but Sukk pushes him off. Chimal does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Chimal fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Sukk checks it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chimal misses with a low kick. Sukk lands a lovely overhand right. Sukk takes a kick to the side of the head. Sukk lands a nice hook to Chimal's body. Chimal takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Chimal fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sukk misses with an uppercut. Sukk thuds his right hand into Chimal's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Chimal misses with a kick to the body.
Sukk blocks the body kick.
Sukk scores with a crisp jab that stopped Chimal in his tracks. A punch lands to the side of Chimal 's head but he takes it in his stride. Chimal tries to land a leg kick but Sukk saw it coming and moves away.
Sukk moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Armando Chimal is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Chimal is looking to chop away at Sukk's legs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chimal throws a front kick aimed at Sukk's knee but Sukk avoids it well. Sukk avoids the body shot from Chimal.
Chimal throws a leg kick but Sukk moved away. Chimal throws a leg kick which misses Sukk's front leg but catches the back leg as Sukk tries to avoid it. Chimal tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sukk paws at him with a jab and circles away. Chimal wants to clinch up but Sukk keeps it at a distance. Sukk scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Sukk ducks under a wild hook from Chimal. Chimal throws a body kick that misses. Chimal tries a head kick but it misses.
Chimal takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Chimal is breathing heavily. Sukk rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Chimal moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Sukk lands a jab-cross combination.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chimal wants to clinch up but Sukk keeps it at a distance. A jab from Sukk finds it's way through Chimal's defenses. Chimal fails in his attempt to clinch. Some wild striking there from Sukk.
Chimal looks to land a body kick but Sukk moved away. A bone on bone clash there as Sukk blocks the leg kick.
Chimal throws a head kick that misses. Chimal throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Chimal fails in his attempt to clinch. Sukk closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Chimal did well to prevent Sukk getting side control. Chimal tries to roll over but Sukk keeps him under control. Sukk working the head and body with strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sukk takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Chimal is looking to control Sukk's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Chimal avoid being mounted? Chimal tries to roll over but Sukk keeps him under control. Sukk is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Chimal won't allow Sukk to pass to mount. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sukk winds up and cracks Chimal with a swinging punch to the side of the head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Long Dong Sukk dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Sukk checks the leg kick nicely there.
Chimal misses with a head kick.
Sukk fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Chimal throws a head kick but Sukk moves out of range.
Nice takedown defense from Chimal. No joy for Sukk on that attempt. Long Dong Sukk seems to be getting the better of the standup. Chimal throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Sukk bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Chimal's head. Chimal pivots, looking for a leg kick but Sukk is out of range and Chimal settles back down. Chimal tries to close the distance and clinch but Sukk swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Armando Chimal is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Sukk throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Chimal stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Chimal leaves Sukk with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Sukk with a body punch. A glancing blow. Sukk cracks Chimal with an open hand slap.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sukk scores with a one two! Chimal had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Sukk moves out of range of the leg kick from Chimal. Chimal lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Sukk scores with a decent looking hook. Sukk swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Chimal. Sukk lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Sukk checks a low kick from Chimal. Sukk lands a jab to Chimal's midsection. Sukk with a nice cross. Sukk avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Sukk works over Chimal's head and body with a nice combination. Chimal fails in his attempt to clinch. Sukk lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chimal misses with a low kick.
A slapping leg kick lands for Chimal.
Sukk checks the leg kick nicely there.
Sukk lands a jab. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Chimal is looking to clinch but Sukk is avoiding it.
Chimal walks into a stiff left hand from Sukk. A right-left combo lands from Chimal. Chimal tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sukk paws at him with a jab and circles away. Chimal tries to clinch but Sukk moves out of range. Sukk bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Chimal's head. Chimal throws a left and a right that both miss
and Sukk counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Chimal thinking. Sukk fails with a takedown attempt. Armando Chimal has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Long Dong Sukk.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chimal stuffs the takedown attempt from Sukk. Sukk gets slowly back to his feet. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Sukk, as that shot connected.
Sukk slips a jab from Chimal. Chimal tries to clinch and Sukk counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Sukk scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Chimal tries to clinch up and Chimal takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Sukk drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chimal looking for subs off his back but Sukk has passed one foot through into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sukk seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Chimal has hold of Sukk's hands but Sukk slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Chimal tries to get to full guard but Sukk has control of the leg. Sukk missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Long Dong Sukk showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Sukk circles away from the clinch attempt and Sukk counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Chimal throws a leg kick which misses Sukk's front leg but catches the back leg as Sukk tries to avoid it. Chimal shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Chimal looks to land a right hand but Sukk moved out of range. Chimal wants to clinch but Sukk slips to the side and Sukk connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Nice jab there from Sukk. Sukk drives through with a takedown into guard. Sukk looking to pass the guard. Chimal keeping moving, preventing Sukk from controlling successfully. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Chimal looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chimal bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sukk's guard. Chimal passes Sukk's left leg - he's now in half guard. Sukk trying to control but Chimal postures up.
Chimal stalling away here and it's allowed Sukk to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard. Sukk looking for a sweep. Not yet Sukk, not yet. Chimal tries to free his leg and advance position but Sukk is retaining full guard. Sukk is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Armando Chimal has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Chimal lands a couple of digs. Sukk throwing rabbit punches from the bottom - showing the judges that he's keeping busy. Sukk working a defensive guard here.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Chimal wants to clinch and Sukk counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. A good leg kick by Chimal. Chimal tries to clinch but Sukk moves away and Sukk counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Sukk. Sukk is looking to advance position but Chimal has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount! Sukk tries to hold on but Chimal postures up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sukk is trying to escape the mount.
Long Dong Sukk is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chimal is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Sukk is surviving well by controlling Chimal's body position as best he can. Chimal avoids the attempt from Sukk to control. Sukk is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Chimal is staying active. Sukk can't escape the position.
Chimal with shots to the head and body - Sukk looks very uncomfortable down there. Sukk sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Sukk has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Chimal is working away from the top position though. Chimal lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Sukk is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Sukk throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Chimal missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Sukk tries to get to full guard but Chimal has control of the leg. Sukk is trying to control but can't.
And that's the end of the fight! Long Dong Sukk comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Sukk has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
