Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jimmy Rey!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rey throws a right hand that Baptiste ducks under and follows up with a left that Baptiste also avoids with ease.
Rey tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Rey swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Rey lands a high kick!
It looks like Emmanuel Baptiste has been cut.
Rey misses with a series of wild punches.
A combination from Rey does no damage.
Rey tries to bum rush Baptiste with a series of wild strikes but Baptiste uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Baptiste lands a nice hook to Rey's body. Rey takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Baptiste throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A shot to the body from Rey misses
and Baptiste counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Rey's guard now.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Baptiste missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Baptiste scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Baptiste trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Baptiste wants to pass the guard but Rey is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rey can't keep his opponent in guard - Baptiste advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Baptiste has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Rey defend it? Baptiste steps over the head and cranks it - Rey is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Baptiste!
