Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Drew Peacock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sage Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sage Jackson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Drew Peacock! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Sage Jackson! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Leandro Rodrigues and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A clash of legs there as Jackson blocks the low kick. Peacock feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Jackson tries to land a sweep but no joy. Jackson not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Jackson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Peacock wants to control from the top but Jackson keeps moving. Peacock gets to his feet. Jackson looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Peacock shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Peacock showed some decent athleticism there. Peacock really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. It looks like Peacock is going to stand back up.
Jackson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Peacock is working away from the top position though. Jackson gets back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Peacock trying to control the position from guard on top but Jackson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Peacock stands up from Jackson's guard - Peacock perhaps looking for a knockout. Peacock closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Peacock lands in his opponent's guard. Peacock stands up from guard. Let's bang! Peacock is breathing heavily. Peacock throws a leg kick but Jackson sees it coming and checks it nicely. Jackson checks a low kick from Peacock. Peacock shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jackson as he avoids it easily. Peacock scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Jackson tries to roll over but Peacock keeps him under control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Peacock is looking for a kimura here.
Jackson makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Jackson. Peacock avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Peacock is posturing up here but Jackson has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Peacock tries to roll out but it's too tight and Peacock has to tap! Slick submission there by Jackson!
