Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Roberts as nomad shoots in.
Roberts looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
nomad shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Roberts's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
nomad prevents Roberts from getting back to his feet.
nomad stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Roberts swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Roberts keeping moving, preventing nomad from controlling successfully.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as nomad accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
nomad trying to control the position from guard on top but Roberts is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

nomad stands up and waves to Roberts to follow him.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
nomad tries to close the distance and clinch but Roberts swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
nomad throws a head kick that Roberts semi-blocks.
nomad shoots in for a takedown but Roberts shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
nomad lands with a straight right. Roberts didn't see that one coming.
nomad shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Roberts is trying to defend but nomad finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Roberts is looking for a sweep. nomad is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
nomad takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
