Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Judah Benjamin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Perry Cox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Benjamin comes into the arena with Gold, Guns, Girls by Metric blaring out of the sound system. Cox is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Solitaire Unraveling. Perry Cox will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Cox misses its intended target.
Benjamin scores with a nice right hand.
Benjamin tries to clinch up but Cox circles away and keeps his distance.
The fight stays on the outside here - Benjamin looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Cox fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Benjamin manages to avoid it.
Benjamin uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Cox.
Cox throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Benjamin on the side of the head.
It looks like Judah Benjamin has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cox scores with a decent looking hook.
Benjamin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cox swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Cox keeps the fight on the outside.
Cox throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Cox moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Cox swats away the attempt to clinch by Benjamin.
Benjamin tries to clinch but Cox moves out of range.
Benjamin ducks under a wild hook from Cox.
Cox misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Benjamin.
Cox bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Benjamin's head.
Judah Benjamin's cut is getting worse.
Cox misses with a looping left.
Benjamin uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Cox.
Benjamin ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Benjamin throws the left hand but Cox avoids the punch easily.
Cox bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Benjamin! He dives into his guard looking to finish!
Benjamin on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Benjamin tries to get out of the position.

Cox with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Cox tries to free his leg and advance position but Benjamin is retaining full guard.
Cox wants to control from the top but Benjamin keeps moving.
Cox has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Cox stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Benjamin swivels though and keeps the full guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cox accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Benjamin is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Cox is controlling him.
Cox is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Cox uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Benjamin has time to react.
Judah Benjamin's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Cox jabs at Benjamin's body.
Benjamin is breathing heavily.

Jeez, Judah Benjamin's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Judah Benjamin's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
