Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between kalle Anka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Flex Weeler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anka comes into the arena with My Territory blaring out of the sound system. Flex Weeler looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anka leaves Weeler with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Weeler looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Weeler circles away from the clinch attempt.
Anka wants to clinch.

Anka tries to close the distance and clinch but Weeler swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Weeler had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Anka is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Weeler Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Anka's back instead.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Anka manages to reverse the position and now he's in Weeler's guard. Nice work there by Anka.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Anka shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Weeler but Weeler pushes him off and we're back to square one.

That was a close round but I would say that kalle Anka will probably get the nod.

Anka dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Weeler. That did some damage!

and Weeler counters with a shoot takedown. Anka fights it but they end up in guard.

Anka manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Weeler manages to get himself to full guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Anka looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Weeler with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Weeler wants to improve his position but Anka is controlling well.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Flex Weeler has got the better of the ground game so far.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Weeler is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Anka shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Weeler as he jumps to the side.
Anka tries for a takedown but Weeler sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
The fight stays on the outside here - Anka looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Anka tries to score a power double leg takedown but Weeler sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Anka somewhat.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Weeler feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Weeler bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Weeler wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Anka, who protects the arm well.
Weeler lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Weeler lands a decent elbow from side control.
Weeler decides to stand back up.
Weeler fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Anka, pushing him back against the cage.
Anka has Weeler pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Weeler manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Anka has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Weeler avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Weeler's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Anka drops down looking for an ankle pick but Weeler pulls his leg out and moves away.

and Weeler counters by clinching up.

Weeler tries to score a body lock takedown but Anka shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Anka is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Weeler is keeping busy.
Anka prevents Weeler from breaking the clinch.
Anka is pressed up against the cage. Weeler has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Anka down to the mat. Anka avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Anka dodges the punch combination from Weeler.
Anka gets caught flat footed, as Weeler shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Anka is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Weeler won't allow Anka to get back to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Weeler gets to his feet. Anka looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Weeler shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Anka manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
And that's the end of the fight!
Flex Weeler comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Weeler has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
