The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gille throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Gille looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Gille fails to land with a series of punches.
Karpatz connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Ben Gille seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gille throws a right and a left that both miss.
Gille takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Gille walks into a straight right hand from Karpatz.
The fighters circle, before Karpatz throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Gille's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Karpatz lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
