Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Victor Gregorivich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Zorin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gregorivich comes to the cage accompanied by The Pot. Victor Gregorivich had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Victor Gregorivich!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Max Zorin!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Daniel Cesar and Mauricio Rocha.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gregorivich bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Zorin's guard.

Zorin had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Gregorivich is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Zorin Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Gregorivich's back instead.

Gregorivich looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Zorin with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Gregorivich is looking to take a break and control but Zorin is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Zorin looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Zorin throws a jab when Gregorivich was well out of range.
Zorin looks to land a left hand but Gregorivich moved out of range nicely.
Gregorivich doesn't manage to clinch there - Zorin circles away.
Gregorivich shoots in looking for a takedown. Zorin tries to sprawl out of it but Gregorivich keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Zorin manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Zorin is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Gregorivich!
