Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Marshall Moss!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, John Roberts and Bruno Lombardi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moss shoots in for a takedown but Johnson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Moss looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Moss fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Johnson sprawls well initially but Moss persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Johnson is trying to get back to full guard.
Johnson is refusing to be controlled, as Moss sits in half guard.

Moss is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Johnson tries to clinch up but Moss circles away and keeps his distance.

Moss darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Johnson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Moss can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Moss stands and steps away. Johnson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Horrible takedown by Moss or perhaps it was just good defense by Johnson which made him look bad.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Johnson tries to close the distance and clinch but Moss swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Moss has Johnson pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Moss pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Johnson tumbling to the mat - Moss dives into Johnson's guard.
Johnson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Johnson has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Moss should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Johnson has tightened it up now! Moss should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
