Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marcos Delgado!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 11 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rolf Spicer!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Illya Tyunina and Aleksei Zolotukhin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delgado lands a high kick!
Spicer is looking to chop away at Delgado's legs.
Delgado tries to clinch but Spicer moves out of range.
Spicer lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Delgado sprawling to the canvas. Spicer follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Delgado hang on?

It looks like Marcos Delgado has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Spicer accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Delgado manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Spicer manages to get himself to full guard.
Spicer is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Spicer shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Delgado's guard.

Spicer not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Delgado is trying to control the position but Spicer postures up.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Despite being in the dominant position, Rolf Spicer just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Spicer swats away the attempt to clinch by Delgado.
Delgado throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Delgado takes one to the chin there.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Delgado shoots in for a takedown but Spicer shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Delgado dives in and grabs Spicer's left leg, looking for a takedown. Spicer pushes down on Delgado's head and hops out.

Spicer shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Delgado's guard.
Spicer slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Rolf Spicer comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Spicer has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
