The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blaise moves in looking to clinch but Hammond pushes him off.
Blaise pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Blaise tries to close the distance and clinch but Hammond swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Blaise tries to clinch up but Hammond circles away and keeps his distance.
Blaise digs a good body shot into Hammond's ribs.
Blaise throws a front kick that sends Hammond stumbling back into the cage.
Blaise is looking to clinch.
Blaise misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Hammond lands a head shot.
Blaise is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Hammond lands a brutal uppercut that launches Blaise off his feet! Blaise tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
