Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Benito Camelas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlton Cage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Benito Camelas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Carlton Cage! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.

Cage pushes Camelas up against the cage in a clinch. Cage misses with a hook from the clinch. Cage tries to break free but Camelas pushes him back against the cage. Cage tries to circle away but Camelas has him pinned against the cage.
Cage escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Camelas throws a head kick that misses.
Cage shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Cage misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cage thowing shots but they're missing. Camelas is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Cage lands with some strikes. Camelas holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Cage tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Cage lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Camelas hang on? Camelas is wriggling around trying to escape.
Cage working some short elbows here. He postures up to throw some more ground and pound but Camelas slips a leg through to get back to half guard. Nice work.
Cage has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Cage sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Camelas defending well though. Camelas blocking the ground and pound attempt from Cage. Camelas is looking to control Cage's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Camelas avoid being mounted? Camelas is trying to get back to full guard.

Camelas tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cage paws at him with a jab and circles away. Carlton Cage seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Camelas tries to clinch but Cage moves out of range. Camelas misses with a takedown attempt - Cage sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Camelas is breathing heavily.
Cage feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Camelas utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Camelas knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cage on the ground. Camelas looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Cage gets to his feet - Camelas follows without any prompting.
Cage fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Camelas sprawls well initially but Cage persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Cage is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Camelas sees it coming and defends easily. Camelas wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Camelas is looking to improve his position.

Cage is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Camelas has managed to free his arm - good work. Cage throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Cage connects with a nice short shot to Camelas's temple. Camelas is looking to escape. Cage throwing shots but Camelas is blocking nicely.
Cage is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cage is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Camelas!

Cage goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Camelas is on top in guard.
Cage tries to strike from the bottom.
Cage scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Camelas throws a right and a left that both miss.
Cage decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Cage not landing any meaningful shots this time. Camelas regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Cage. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Cage connects with a couple of short punches. Camelas trying to control the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Carlton Cage dominated that round. That's time! Camelas's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Cage shoots in but no luck this time. Camelas has a takedown stuffed. Camelas changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cage tries to avoid it but Camelas manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cage to the ground. Cage escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Cage scores with a takedown into Camelas's guard. Cage postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Cage lands a couple of decent looking shots. Cage throwing strikes from guard but Camelas blocks nicely. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cage accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Cage stands and steps away. Camelas gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Nice takedown defense from Camelas. No joy for Cage on that attempt. Camelas avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Cage clinches up with Camelas and pushes him back against the cage. Cage is trying to break free.
Cage pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Cage shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Camelas as he avoids it easily. Benito Camelas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlton Cage.
Camelas shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Cage is trying to defend but Camelas finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Camelas prevents Cage from improving his position. Camelas seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Cage does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Cage missing with punches from the bottom.
Camelas is trying to control the action in half guard but Cage is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Cage is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Camelas works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Cage manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Camelas manages to get himself to full guard.

The fight moves into the clinch position. Camelas blocking some punches.

Camelas prevents Cage from breaking the clinch. Cage is trying to break the clinch but Camelas has him pressed against the cage. Cage tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Camelas just stands there and leans against the cage.

Camelas is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Camelas shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Cage is trying desperately to improve position. Cage throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Cage is desperately trying to improve his position but Camelas has a good base and remains in mount.

Cage is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Camelas pulls his head out easily. Camelas prevents Cage from improving his position. Camelas seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Cage does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The fighters are battling for position here. Cage manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Cage will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

A close second round but Carlton Cage will probably get the nod - 10:9. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Cage lands with a slapping head kick. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Cage. Camelas fails in his attempt to clinch. No luck with that takedown attempt from Camelas. Cage tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Good leg kick by Camelas there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Camelas misses with a low kick.
Cage feints and then cracks Camelas's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Camelas down. The fight stays on the outside here - Cage looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Camelas closes the distance and pushes Cage back into the cage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cage has Camelas pressed against the cage, preventing Camelas from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Cage looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Camelas pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Camelas getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Camelas tries to clinch up but Cage circles away and keeps his distance. Camelas tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cage paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Camelas scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Cage swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Cage throwing hammer fists to the chest of Camelas. What's that going to do exactly? Cage can't escape the position.
Camelas won't let Cage get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Cage is trying to escape the mount.

Camelas blocks Cage's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Camelas wants to control the pace but Cage is squirming around nicely. Cage tries to reverse the position but Camelas maintains control. Camelas looking to control but Cage is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Cage is wriggling around trying to escape.

Cage is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Camelas looking to control but Cage is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Cage keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Cage flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Benito Camelas has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Cage throwing punches despite being mounted. Carlton Cage has got the better of the ground game so far.

Cage is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Camelas fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Cage has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Camelas avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Cage lands a takedown into guard.
Cage trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Cage postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Camelas is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Cage, into his guard.
Camelas stands up and waves to Cage to follow him.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Benito Camelas. Well Cage has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality.
