Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dario Cvitanich!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Silva Dominguez!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Atkins and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cvitanich shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Dominguez is looking to get to half guard.
Cvitanich controlling the pace for now.
Dominguez is desperately trying to improve his position but Cvitanich has a good base and remains in mount.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dominguez can do anything to dispel that myth.

Dominguez is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Cvitanich takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Cvitanich has control of Dominguez's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Dominguez regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Cvitanich closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Cvitanich seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Dominguez for as long as he can get away with.

Cvitanich tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Dominguez squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.
BOOM! Cvitanich connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Cvitanich throws a lazy right hand but Dominguez sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Cvitanich tries to clinch up but Dominguez circles away and keeps his distance.

Cvitanich feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
