Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo CRAZY DOG (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sal Rizzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ricardo CRAZY DOG! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sal Rizzo! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, George Francis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rizzo shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Rizzo is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and CRAZY DOG defends it well. CRAZY DOG is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Rizzo is keen to just control but CRAZY DOG is a slippery customer. Rizzo missing with the ground and pound from half guard. CRAZY DOG looking for submissions off his back.
That's one minute gone in the round. CRAZY DOG on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. CRAZY DOG is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Rizzo pulls his head out easily. Rizzo seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Rizzo thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed CRAZY DOG's head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rizzo is looking to take a break and control but CRAZY DOG is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. CRAZY DOG wants to get back to his feet.
Rizzo controlling the pace. Rizzo seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but CRAZY DOG does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Excellent takedown into side control there by Rizzo. CRAZY DOG prevents Rizzo from improving position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rizzo remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. CRAZY DOG is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Rizzo is controlling him well. CRAZY DOG regains half guard there - taking advantage of Rizzo's attempt to lay and pray for a moment. Rizzo is looking to take a break and control but CRAZY DOG is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Rizzo is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Rizzo looks gassed! CRAZY DOG is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Rizzo pulls his head out easily. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Rizzo closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming CRAZY DOG to the mat! CRAZY DOG manages to get full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sal Rizzo dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Rizzo fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. CRAZY DOG has his takedown stuffed and Rizzo counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. CRAZY DOG has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Rizzo off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Rizzo keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Rizzo misses with a takedown attempt and CRAZY DOG counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! CRAZY DOG is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Rizzo wants to get back to full guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rizzo is trying to control but can't.
CRAZY DOG is working for a kimura but Rizzo is defending it quite comfortably.
Rizzo tries to kick CRAZY DOG off but CRAZY DOG keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Sal Rizzo has got the better of the ground game so far.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Left hook, right uppercut from CRAZY DOG. CRAZY DOG changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rizzo tries to avoid it but CRAZY DOG manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rizzo to the ground. Rizzo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ricardo CRAZY DOG. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rizzo fails with the takedown and CRAZY DOG connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. CRAZY DOG tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rizzo swats him away and circles back towards the center. CRAZY DOG keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. CRAZY DOG shoots in and drives through. Rizzo sprawls well. Rizzo shoots and misses and Rizzo takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Ricardo CRAZY DOG is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Rizzo wants to clinch. Rizzo with a poor takedown and CRAZY DOG counters with a single leg into guard. Rizzo didn't expect that. Rizzo looking for submissions from the bottom but instead CRAZY DOG passes into side control.
Rizzo is trying to control CRAZY DOG's posture but CRAZY DOG avoids it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. CRAZY DOG stands up and we're back to a striking position. Rizzo shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and CRAZY DOG counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. This has been an exciting period of action! CRAZY DOG trying to control but Rizzo is working from the bottom. CRAZY DOG avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rizzo throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ricardo CRAZY DOG dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Rizzo gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and CRAZY DOG counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Rizzo doesn't succeed with the takedown and CRAZY DOG counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Rizzo's guard now. Rizzo is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and CRAZY DOG dives into side control.
CRAZY DOG trying to control the position but Rizzo is working away. CRAZY DOG tries for a kimura but Rizzo is defending well. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. CRAZY DOG working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Rizzo misses with a strike from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. CRAZY DOG working away. Rizzo tries to buck CRAZY DOG off but CRAZY DOG is having none of it. CRAZY DOG advances to full mount. CRAZY DOG is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Rizzo is forced to tap! Great finish!
