Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Muy Thai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Noonan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Muy Thai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ryan Noonan!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Summer Carpenter and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thai jabs Noonan right on the nose. Noonan blinks but takes it well.
It looks like Ryan Noonan has been cut.
Noonan throws a looping overhand right but Thai ducks down to avoid it.
Noonan shoots in for a takedown but Thai shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A combination from Noonan does no damage.
Noonan fails with a takedown attempt.
Noonan shoots for a takedown but Thai saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Muy Thai has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Noonan.
Noonan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Thai moves away.
Thai gets caught flat footed, as Noonan shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Noonan looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Thai with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Thai has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Noonan is working away from the top position though.
Noonan lands a big elbow - Thai is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Noonan!
