Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Trades (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pablo Nunes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Nunes's choice of entrance music: Riverside. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nunes's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Nunes duly obliges.
Trades on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Nunes misses with a wild body shot.
Nunes shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Trades but Trades pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Trades avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nunes bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Nunes lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Trades circles away quickly and effectively.

Nunes closes the distance and clinches.
Trades stalling.
Trades gets a warning from the ref for wasting time.
Nunes lands a body punch in the clinch.
Trades is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Trades ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Trades no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Nunes has gone for a leg lock! Trades slips out almost immediately though and dives into Nunes's guard.
Trades has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Nunes is proving hard to escape from.
Nunes lands a decent punch to the body there.

Nunes working for submissions but it's allowed Trades to get to half guard.
Trades prevents Nunes from improving his position.
Nunes has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Trades is working away from the top position though.
Trades throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Trades is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Nunes!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Nunes tries to reverse the position but Trades maintains control.

Trades working for a guillotine from mount but Nunes is in no mood to give up.
Trades prevents Nunes from getting the reversal.

Trades is standing up, even though he is in mount.

Trades tests Nunes's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Trades tries to bum rush Nunes with a series of wild strikes but Nunes uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Trades throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
No luck for Nunes with that takedown attempt.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Trades.
Trades lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Trades scores with the left hand. Nunes knows he should have avoided that one.

It looks like Pablo Nunes has been cut.
Trades scores with a punch to the head.
Trades moves into range and connects with a jab.

Nunes is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Trades thows a body shot but no joy.
Trades fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Trades is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Trades connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Nunes! He's out on his feet! Trades rushes in and drops Nunes with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
