Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Steve Murder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony McMillian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McMillian is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: 2pac-Hit em up. Steve Murder looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Steve Murder! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tony McMillian! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McMillian fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Murder. Murder misses with the combination.
Nice jab there from McMillian. Some wild striking there from Murder.
Murder fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Murder throws a head kick that misses. Murder misses with a few strikes there.
Murder shoots in but no luck this time. Murder is breathing heavily. McMillian closes the distance and lands a one-two. McMillian forces Murder back against the cage and clinches. McMillian turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and McMillian manages to end up in side control. McMillian decides to stand back up. The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. McMillian moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. McMillian throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Murder.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. McMillian lands a body shot.
Murder tries to clinch but fails miserably and McMillian counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Murder! Murder keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Murder might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Murder manages to regain half guard. Good work. McMillian really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Murder. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. McMillian is trying to work for a kimura but Murder is defending well.

McMillian scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Murder is looking to work his way out of this bad position but McMillian is controlling him well.

He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. McMillian lands a nice shot that snaps Murder's head back.

And that's the end of the fight! Tony McMillian comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well McMillian has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today.
