Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between BJ Ericsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kimura Supreme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kimura Supreme is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kimura Supreme! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Supreme scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Supreme working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Supreme is looking for a kimura. He might have it! That's two minutes gone in the round. Ericsson bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! A clash of legs there as Supreme blocks the low kick. Ericsson tried to score with a low kick but Supreme checks it. Ericsson throws a right and a left that Supreme avoids nicely. Supreme closes the distance and clinches up with Ericsson, looking for a takedown. Supreme pushes Ericsson against the cage but Ericsson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Ericsson misses with the combination.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Supreme. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Ericsson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Ericsson throws a nice looking combination but Supreme bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Ericsson is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Supreme drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Supreme has gone for a leg lock! Ericsson slips out almost immediately though and dives into Supreme's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That sent Supreme stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Supreme uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ericsson. Ericsson lands with a nice combination. Supreme backs away looking to recover.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to BJ Ericsson. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ericsson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
