Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Edgar closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Westbrook did well to prevent Edgar getting side control.
Edgar prevents Westbrook from standing back up.
Westbrook on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Westbrook on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Westbrook tries to get out of the position.
Edgar thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Westbrook's head.
Edgar working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Edgar steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Westbrook. That one must have hurt.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Westbrook.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Westbrook pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Westbrook gets a clinch.
Westbrook breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Westbrook throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Edgar is rocked!
Westbrook shoots in for a takedown. SLAM! Brutal! Edgar is out cold and this one is all over!
